Tuesday, November 29, 2005 it drives me nuts, how weak i am. cannot bat cannot lift 5 kg weights! omg. and there farhan was telling us to increase the weight of the dumbbells after each set. AGH. of course cannot la only deborah can. and to them 5 kg must be like how light already. and the freaking medicine balls. i cannot get the hang of it! even xh's and deb's pok hits are further than my good hits.
