Monday, July 30, 2007 this is a post dedicated to KELLY NG SIQI of 07S03G my apologies for missing you out!! but i promise i filed you in my brain, above everything i remember for math and chem. [: this is for the one who got me through sec 3 sec 4 to be specific, sec 3 and 4 math, chem, physics, bio, chinese. yup. er ya i didnt need help in english/geog [not that hopeless k] and being my personal homework book because i smsed her almost everyday for the day's hw and bong's you'll be glad to know i dont do that half as often to people anymore. time to grow up haha. and also, for all that ranting and being emo and sharing happy moments with and being loser together and calling each other pet names. mega <3> angela posted this at 00:53 [comment] *** Friday, July 27, 2007 kor got me a 3G compatible sim card by upgrading something or other so got it for free. when i put it in my phone all my smses' dates got reset to today, 26 july. :'( so anyway i read through all those old smses and mostly they were really sweet guess what, i deleted all of yours except for one. i doubt you'd remember what you said. that one, i kept as a lesson learnt that there will be times when you're stupid and taken for a fool but the important thing is to try to forgive and learn from it. ---------------------------- of times so long past, why remember? perhaps its not so much for remembrance but for some crazy, wishful thinking that can't be neutralised by logic. some lecturer told us now is the time to get rid of all distractions. now isn't that incredibly hard to do when almost all the time one thinks of the same thing how true; the only ones you want are the ones you can't get. i almost don't want to feel like this any longer. i almost can't care now! but almost, does not mean entirely. --------------------------- these few days have been awful, every single morning i'd wake up with a throbbing headache. if i had the energy to put up with it i would, but this past 4 days alone i took 3 panadols terrible terrible must not cultivate resistance to it! however, today was pretty good in the library. everyone seems to make quite a bit of noise in the earlier part of the afternoon. like 2-4 the library is pretty noisy. then the serious mugging begins and lasts till 9. this song, If You Were Mine by Marcos Hernandez is terribly sweet Labels: hansum boy angela posted this at 00:29 [comment] *** Wednesday, July 25, 2007 1. [: YAY!!! angela posted this at 18:19 [comment] *** Friday, July 13, 2007 yesterday was seriously highly amusing. for once me and wanchee really literally paid attention to every single word the math lecturer said. we had a little contest to see how many times she said "(here) in this case" and "alright". haha there were more alrights than here in this cases and so I WON!! heh heh our math notes are scrawled all over with many zheng4. lol. and drawing crooked/blacked eye/unhappy smileys EVERYWHERE. hee hee school so fun. [: and lol today!! cheng was drawing this picture of rj in the background and the 6 of us in the foreground. she didnt get very far till she gave it up, her artistic talent proving to be rather limited :D thankfully wuz was around and he sketched some buildings in like, 2 minutes!?!?!?! how pro! and can recognise the buildings too. like library etc. heh then we drew on all of us. but since yf and huihui weren't around to see the finished product, they sure missed out!! haha i can only say it will be a pleasant shock when they do see it. :D then we got bored decided to go see the ri cafe before chem remedial. wah the chocolate mousse cake there was super!!! really!! 3 choccadicts will gladly attest to that. damn the ri boys have it good. i foresee us making many more trips to ri for dessert in the future. ------------------- chem remedial. we took some photos of our imitations before lesson started. hilarious! haha whoops very lousy narration of today but well. its more for me to read and reminisce i guess. cos today was really enjoyable. funny how only when its all about to end then we truly start enjoying ourselves. once again, i thank God wholeheartedly for these girls in class. and our class has SO MUCH FUN during pe!!!! even when we play amongst ourselves by random 1 2 1 2 numbering its really awfully fun. i will really miss it when its all over. funnily enough, i look forward to pe now. -------------------------- after chem focus went to lib studied with wc a while then she left after a bit. the ground floor can get pretty noisy, but it trains up your concentration i guess. then dinner, james finally brought us all [daniel + james + me] to eat his beloved fish bee hoon. and daniel naughty boy ate the XO version. in my opinion i think he got high, at the very least. lol SECRETS SECRETS!!!!!!!!!!! heeeehhhhh angela posted this at 22:09 [comment] *** Thursday, July 12, 2007 really, who honestly cares about volcano formation. or inselberg formation. or glacial evidence since the pleistocene. or rift valley formation. perhpas those people that find out such things and people who teach others such things. [: angela posted this at 11:13 [comment] *** Monday, July 09, 2007 okay i just got bacik everything except math and honestly, i think death has arrived in the form of a few red numbers. i found the easiest way to tell one's parents about it is to simply just let it all out in one single shot. then since the dosage is so powerful the parents would be stunned for a little bit, as the many favourite lines of criticism and nagging storm the passages from the voicebox to the tip of their tongue. hence they are momentarily unable to form coherent speech, and you can very quickly give them stock replies such as "ok i'm going to study now" and then make a hasty escape to your room. but yes, death still comes masquerading as little red numbers on sheets of paper. but parents are too fickle. first they say you must compare with the median mark, and your percentile in the school. then after you, along with more than half the school fail econs, they change tactics and say you shouldnt be failing humanities subjects, instead. maybe it is old age? or having too many children to remember what they told each of them? all the same, shit, i say. shit. angela posted this at 14:13 [comment] *** OH YES. anyway i mentioned the making of hydro notes. part one has been completed but i am confused with the horton's overland flow graph. the analysis of the graph mentions its steep recession limb after rain stops but i dont see any steep recession limb on the graph itself, and i am sure i'm looking at the right graph because i checked the figure number mentioned in that paragraph. sigh. so that part has been left blank until my understanding of it clears. and making notes is so tedious and time consuming! been ploughing away at them for 1.5 days and now i'm only at the one after overland flow. cant rmb what it is right now blah. :S OKAY TODAY I WANT TO FINISH HYDRO YA angela posted this at 11:56 [comment] *** i bloody hate hotmail. and i bloody hate this frickin laptop of my sisters because it is so hopeless the thumbdrive also cannot register. i just spent half a b loody hour going to and fro the pc outside which my father works on and this useless hp laptop, trying to get a file from the pc. very very simple right. just transfer it into a thumbdrive and connect it to the laptop. but no the frickin laptop refuses to recognise it. and there is ONLY ONE PORT IN THIS LAPTOP so i am VERY SURE ITS THE RIGHT HOLE I'VE PLIGGED IT INTO and so i had to look all over this silly machine for the f drive. or whatever letter it might be. and then i decide to save it onto hotmail as a draft. but, hotmail very smart la. a message saved as a draft cannot contain an attached file is it. or maybe im sucha lousy luddite????????????????????????? then dad decides its all my fault that hotmail does it this way. and that hp makes laptops like that. btw this laptop has such a frickin small screen i have to view ms word at 130% in order not to push my degree up even higher. so what if this machine looks damn good, which undeniably, it does. wth this has been a bad morning. bad. the only good thing was tania's news about my gp paper 2. oh yes i bought marks and sparks redcurrant puffs! will bring to school on thursday, when we have 4 straight tutorial blocks. and haha i am eagerly (?) anticipating interhouse bowling, because we all signed up. haha cheng and yan we signed you two up too! have been doing notes for hydro all weekend, save saturday which was mostly spent at tuition doing s4 and going to xian's house for her surprise birthday party!! xian was totally shocked when she got home after a very nice long and purposely delayed ride home in her father's car. tiong bahru to top up cash card, and then from paternal to maternal grandma's houses! or maternal-paternal haha. the poor girl, actually, the VERY LUCKY girl was totally clueless till she got out at her front gate and saw the ridiculous, tacky, but extremely well-meant and lovingly made decorations of streamers and balloons hanging around outside.
