Saturday, June 30, 2007 to me you are perfect i bet you highlighted angela posted this at 02:24 [comment] *** Thursday, June 28, 2007 wow i have been enjoying every single moment since math ended and you can take it from me these 30.5 hours have been DAMN GOOD ok but first a few things about the math paper. with God's grace i can pass. please! sitting in the front of the class is the bomb. so freaking cold after a while i couldnt feel my calculator. so i wrapped my right hand in my jacket sleeve [thankfully softball jacket is very beeg] and wrote/punched calculator like that. pretty hard to write so handwriting was like crap haha haiz. why so cold one! then tania sitting at the back said it was hot and stuffy lowl. it kinda gets to me when the invigilator stands right in front of you and seemingly looks at your work. as register #1 i get that every paper. its very unnerving you know. or when those female teachers click clock around in their very noisy heels. being #1 has alot of.. shit what the word that means the oppisite of perks? unperks. unperks!? someone pls enlighten me. so anyway after the exam. cheng and yf had trng and wc had to pack for her genting trip. so cool! i want also. so LL tania and me went orchard first. haha there was debate over where to go, but in the end we decided to go back to orchard for nostalgia's sake. we walked around and found ourselves at isetan at wisma. thsoe baboons wanted to buy bras with cartoons on them. since it was buy two get one free!! i was very firm. NEVAAAAAAAAARRRHHH!! anyway poor LL. when i make alot of money we will go to nine west and you can pick out anything!!! even if its a $43 scarf! or 10 inch heels that make you 9 inches taller than me!! then FINALLY FINALLY CHEN AND YF CAME WE WERE SO HUNGRY [ok at least i was] WE WERE GOING TO FAINT AND EAT ORGANIC MATERIAL trooped to wheelock and queues at fish n co, nydc and sake sushi were so long to us ravenous ones. yf's krispy kreme from R [ralph? roy?? raynor???] saved us all. especially when you're so hungry and KK's are so awesome they taste like wooooaaahhh just then. in the end NYDC saved us. heh heh alot alot of conversation. heh heh. then three gays came and sat at the table next to us and we had alot of fun discussing. after dinner [eat until what la tsk], walked down orchard to somerset. haha plans for late night wanderings at fort canning where lim bo seng [is it? or someone i forgot who] was buried were abandoned. and there was this group of ah bengs who disturbed us. for like a second only, while our paths crossed. like at a transform plate boundary, where one plate slides horizontally up and the other horizontally down. but still. CHAO AH BENGS it was only 10pm.. [FRICK HAVE NOT STARTED ECONS AND PHYS GEOG !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!] lol my sister said not to study for ct 2s. just study for a levels. according to her, her study plan was such that ct2s were not in it. so she failed 2 subjects. oh ya. another event to go down in the Chan Family Book of Extraodinary Feats. was parkway's jack's yesterday for lunch. at the end of lunch, there was some misunderstanding as to whch parent was going to pay the bill. in the end the whole family walked out without paying. !!!! and the waitress followed us all the way to royal sporting house but because we were as usual, involved in animated discussion over something or other, we didnt hear/see the waitress for quite a long time. lol say here not funny. it was absolutely hilarious then though. angela posted this at 18:05 [comment] *** Tuesday, June 12, 2007 seriously. check this out! white and nerdy angela posted this at 23:09 [comment] *** Monday, June 11, 2007 have you seen the article in sunday's lfestyle. about the sisters who ahve 16,000 friends lol i'm sure. i think only oprah has 16,000 friends. and mother teresa. how to make 16,000 friends 1. be oprah 2. be mother teresa 3. put flashy/saucy/raunchy videos of yourself on every known uh internet thing where you can sign up for accounts and have friends. ------------------------------------------- anyway i was recently in KL. this trip REALLY goes down in the Chan Family Book of Extraodinary Feats. but we have to understand a few things first. this idea for a trip to KL originated at most 2 weeks ago, and when my parents asked me if i wanted to go to KL on 9th June, i said i'll pass. 8 June 2007 12+ am: father starts surfing for hotels the family can stay in for a few nights 1am: mother comes into my room [and i am already drifting off to sleep] and says: go la, go la, come to malaysa with us! me: [resignedly] haii.. ok la ok la. 1.30am: angela starts packing 2+ am: daddy finally makes the hotel reservation after alot of pointless surfing of really expensive boutique hotels. 8am: i woke up. only me, mother and maid awake at this point, and they are frantically still packing. 8+am: kor wakes up, starts packing for the trip. [really. classic.] 9+ am: kor offers to DRIVE ME AND HIM back to singapore. suggestion very quickly ridiculed and put out of question. [classic!]9.40am: chu fa! the Chans set off! woo! after we so boldly planned to leave at 7am that morning! just before leaving, dad told our maid to call him in case of anything. 9.43am: dad's phone rings. maid: "sir! sir! the front gate not closed!" omg this is my favourite part. not even 5 minutes into our trip and the first disaster strikes. so we circle back [we'd hardly left the road outside the estate] to close our automated front gate. 9.50am: chu fa #2! !!!!! 10.02am: while filling up the immigration cards, we all realise nobody can be sure of our car plate number. [insert name of most hated subject] haha True - ryan cabrera i won't talk, i won't breathe i won't move till you finally see that you belong with me you might think i don't look but deep inside the corner of my mind i'm attached to you i'm weak, its true cos i'm afraid i know the answer do you want me too? cos my heart keeps falling faster i've waited all my life, to cross this line to the only thing that's true so i will not hide, its time to try anything to be with you all my life i've waited, this is true angela posted this at 17:55 [comment] *** Saturday, June 02, 2007 this is quite a depressing thought. we have like 5more months of absolutely insane totally hardcore mugging to go. angela posted this at 20:15 [comment] *** so SAT 1 is over. i shall recount the 2 most momentous things that happened today. 1. went to toilet during break, but wonderful ngee ann sec has no toilet paper. so i ran back to get my tissue. so byt the time i got back to the loo it was kinda crowded. when i got back to my test room i was late and they had started without me! and i had 5 minutes less! but thank God managed to complete that section and had time to check. 2. when i was checking my answers for section 9 [incidentally, i was almost ecstatic as the paper was only gonna last for about 15 more mins], i checked section 8 answers against section 9 questions. but again, THANK GOD by the 4th question or so it suddenly hit me i was looking at the wrong section.
