Monday, December 10, 2007 today has been a great day! first was church, then a dim sum lunch at spring court. have not been there in an absolute age. when they were still in the east coast area we went there alot. the food there is pretty ex but TOTALLY WORTH IT. even the $2.50 peanuts are wonderfulicious. - on a side note, i decided that since i am a girl and soon-to-be woman, i have to face the inescapable reality of.. wearing heels. so i did. my feet, my poor feet. moni i give it up to you, man (uh, woman). you pro. you pro. FOOD GLORIOUS FOOD my absolute favourite is pei dan chok and the char siew um pastry. makes my mouth water all over again man. not to mention the siew mai there is THE BOMB. it is so good it is the best siew mai i know. not to mention the peking duck at 78cents with every $78 purchase per table. heaven. heaven. i thank God that humans have the capacity to create such wonderful food. :D then afterward we all went home to ... sleep. no serious. we all slept. i know. what pigs right. but nevermind, once a year only. at 6+ went to grandma's house to play cards. hee hee. gin rummy owns. WHO KNOWS HOW TO PLAY GIN RUMMY HERE pls tag me! in the end i was the night's biggest loser... at $7. lol we play super super small bets. thats why we can play every night if we want to! and i foiled daddy's grand sling plans. he would have if not for me! heh. we left around 12.40am la haha. ------------------------------------ also, last night was dinner with moni, her treat! [: thank you so much for dinner, the book, and cookies! [* daniel you dont have to lend me diary of anne frank anymore] when we got to raffles city, we found out that bakers inn had closed!! no!!!!!!!!! penne with ham and mushrooms in cream sauce!!!! chocolate amer!!!! in the end, went to sushi tei instead and had a ball of a time whacking sushi. dragon rolls are.. love. yes, love. so is sashimi but moni the woman does not eat sashimi!!! heh. i will miss you when you're in india! ------------------------------------ okay so after alot of urging from friends i finally got facebook. man. it is seriously a no-life activity. its like. one of those things that provide people with nothing to do, with nothing (oops, i meant something) to do. okay, but to give it credit i see why it is addictive. ------------------------------------ on another note, many thanks to all who remembered my birthday!
